Real prizes
Win real prizes just by waking up
WakeWin is an alarm app, but it's also a monthly prize draw. Every morning you wake up and complete the challenge, you earn lottery tickets. At the end of the month, multiple winners are drawn for real prizes — physical goods, gift cards, experiences. Not in-app coins. Not digital confetti. Real things.
How the prize draw works
- 1
Wake up + solve puzzles
Each puzzle you solve earns lottery tickets. Easy = 1 per puzzle, Medium = 2, Hard = 3 — multiplied by the puzzles per alarm (10 in standard mode, 15 in Hard Mode) and by your current streak multiplier.
- 2
Stack tickets across the month
Tickets accumulate. Daily wake-ups on Hard Mode = 90 tickets entered each month. The more consistent you are, the better your odds.
- 3
Monthly draw on the 1st
On the 1st of each month, WakeWin runs the prize draw. Multiple prizes drawn, one winner per prize, weighted by ticket count.
- 4
Winners get the actual prize
Physical goods get shipped. Gift cards are sent digitally. Experiences are coordinated. Real outcomes, every month.
Is this gambling?
No. You don't pay money to enter. You earn entries by waking up on time — something you were going to do anyway. There's no purchase requirement, no in-app coins, no way to buy tickets. It's a sweepstakes with consistency as the entry mechanism.
Legally, WakeWin's draws operate under sweepstakes rules: no purchase necessary, alternate method of entry available, full odds disclosure, official rules published inside the app.
Why tie prizes to waking up?
Because behavioural research shows variable rewards drive durable behaviour change far more reliably than punishment or willpower. The same psychological hook that makes scratch cards compelling is applied to a useful habit: waking up consistently.
You're not gambling for the alarm to dismiss — the puzzles guarantee dismissal. You're gambling on whether you'll win the monthly prize draw. The dopamine hit comes from accumulating tickets and watching the month build toward draw day.
Compounding odds for consistent users
Tickets stack fast. Hard Mode requires 15 puzzles at Medium-or-Hard difficulty (2 or 3 tickets each = 30–45 base tickets per wake-up). A daily Hard Mode user pushing Hard difficulty with a 30-day streak (1.75× multiplier) earns roughly 45 × 30 × 1.75 ≈ 2,360 tickets in a month. A casual Easy user dismissing 10 alarms (1 ticket × 10 puzzles × no multiplier) earns 100. The consistent, hard-difficulty user has roughly 24× the odds.
The streak multiplier progression: 1× under 7 consecutive days, 1.25× from day 7, 1.5× from day 14, 1.75× from day 30, 2× from day 60 onwards. Note: only the first successful alarm dismissal each day earns tickets. This isn't pay-to-win — it's wake-up-to-win. The people who show up consistently get the rewards.
