How the prize draw works

   Snap a photo + solve puzzles

   First you photograph the household object the app names, then you solve your puzzles. The required puzzles (at least 5 in standard mode, 8 in Hard Mode) earn base tickets: Easy = 2 per puzzle, Medium = 4, Hard = 6, times your current streak multiplier. With Premium, extra puzzles solved within the minimum puzzle time earn bonus tickets.

   Stack tickets across the month

   Tickets accumulate. Daily wake-ups on Hard Mode = 960 to 1,440 base tickets a month (32 or 48 a morning × 30 days), before streak multipliers. The more consistent you are, the better your odds.

   Monthly draw on the 1st

   On the 1st of each month, WakeWin runs the prize draw. In the app, entry comes with Premium: switch on Sweepstakes Entry in Settings. Multiple prizes drawn, one winner per prize, weighted by ticket count.

4. 4

   Winners get the actual prize

   Prizes are Amazon gift cards. Results show up in the app's Wallet, and winners hear from us within 7 days.

How do you enter the draw?

Tickets can't be bought — you earn them by completing your morning challenge. Premium subscribers enter the monthly draw by switching on Sweepstakes Entry in Settings. You can also enter free by postcard (50 tickets per card, up to 5 cards a month) — see §10 of the Sweepstakes Terms in the app.

Why tie prizes to waking up?

Because behavioural research shows rewards drive durable behaviour change far more reliably than punishment or willpower. It's the same pull that makes streaks and loyalty rewards satisfying, applied to a useful habit: waking up consistently.

You're not betting anything: the draw is a bonus on top. The fun is watching your tickets build toward draw day.

Compounding odds for consistent users

Tickets stack fast. Hard Mode requires at least 8 puzzles at Medium or Hard difficulty (4 or 6 tickets each = 32 or 48 base tickets per wake-up). A daily Hard Mode user pushing Hard difficulty with a 30-day streak (1.75× multiplier) earns roughly 48 × 30 × 1.75 ≈ 2,520 tickets in a month. A casual Premium user on Easy completing 10 challenges (2 tickets × 5 puzzles × no multiplier) earns 100. The consistent, hard-difficulty user has roughly 25× the odds.

The streak multiplier progression: 1× under 7 consecutive days, 1.25× from day 7, 1.5× from day 14, 1.75× from day 30, 2× from day 60 onwards. Note: tickets are earned once a day, for the first challenge you complete within 5 minutes of the alarm. Tickets can't be bought, only earned. The people who show up consistently get the best odds.
